The boys battled all day today against 2 schools much bigger than us.  In the first game we played a 10-2 Lowell team and Max Gillum did a great job holding them to only 4 hits and getting the complete game shut out.  In game 2 we jumped out to a 6-1 lead to only see Lakeview come back and tie the game in the 6th.  Then we scored 1 in the top of the 7th to then unfortunately see them get 2 runs to sneak away with the win.  Regardless, because of tie breaker rules, we were the champions of the tournament!  As coaches we are proud of the effort all day today.  Next up we are at Pennfield on Tuesday.
